[SOLVED] Raid Upgrade on Asus PRIME Z390-P ?

Hi there
Using an Asus PRIME Z390-P
Having a RAID 1 of 2*120GB

Running Out of disc Space i want to Change SSD to 1tb ones.

May I simply Change 1st Drive, rebuild raid and Change 2nd drive then?
Any Idea how Long rebuild Takes?
Do I need to change partition site [size?] after this?

RAID ist managed by BIOS
My os is Ubuntu Linux btw.

Not sure the BIOS will allow such dissimilar sizes to be used, but, can't hurt to try...

In any event, you have but 100-120 GB of data to write, so, is not as if that amount of data takes 'longer' when/if being written to a larger SSD...

Copy the data off to some other drive.
It's only about 100GB, right?

Remove the 2x 120, install the 2x 1TB, build the RAID, copy the data back.
