[RAID] Windows Controlled RAID and Reformatting

Hi Guys,

In my current setup I've got C: as dedicated OS (WIN 7) and D: as a Windows Controlled RAID 0 over 4 hard drives.

My question is, if I reformat C: and reinstall Windows 7 will I loose my RAID configuration and all of the data on it, or can the RAID settings be imported?

The RAID was set up under Disc Management.
