Question Raid0 apparently not working?

Hi,
so I have the Gigabyte Aorus Elite X570 and bought myself 3 new drives.

2x Toshiba X300 4TB
1x Gigabyte Aorus Gen4 NVMe (I have 2 now)

I wanted to raid0 HDDs and NVMe' separately but whenever I try that my HDDs don't show up in Windows and my NVMe' don't appear to be in raid either.

Anyone knows a fix?
