[SOLVED] Raidmax cobra 700w

Hello guys, i bought new pc with raidmax cobra 700w psu and i wanted to ask can i plug it in surge protector which supports up to 230V ? Because my pc is a little bit far from wall and i have a couple of devices that i need to plug.

Yes, you can plug that thing into your power strip.
But as said above...I would not plug that into ANYTHING.

RAIDMAX is not known for good power supplies.
And a power supply is the heart of your system. If/when it dies, a crappy one can kill off other parts.
Actually, you shouldn't plug that RAIDMAX into anything. It is not suitable for a doorstop or a boat anchor, let alone powering a PC.
I wouldn't trust it to run a desklamp.

This was part of a prebuilt system?
Specs on the rest of the system please, and what 'make' is it?

It is my first custom build.
Other components:
Amd ryzen 7 2700
Amd radeon rx580 asrock gaming d phantom 8gb
Ram 2x8gb predator hyperx
Asus prime b450m-k motherboard
B450 ssd
Wd blue 1tb hdd
