Raidmax Cobra Power RX-400AE vs Corsair VS450

Do you actually want a functional object, or the choice between two almost equally bad options?

Fine....
The RAIDMAX falls into the category of "Never Ever under any circumstances".
So in your false choice, the Corsair wins by default.

I'll straight up say what USAFret is saying a little more subtly - BOTH those power supplies will most likely blow up in your face. Okay, that's an exaggeration, but they are a VERY serious risk to use in ANY system. If you are trying to actually set fire to your PC and its neighboring objects, then they are excellent choices, otherwise listen to USAFret and buy a proper power supply that isn't a fire hazard.
