Raidmax Vampire RX-700GH

I have been wondering if the quality of raidmax psu's has increased? I know that their reputation has been bad for years, but i also heard that they have been getting better lately. The reason for the question is because i am looking for a replacment psu. My current psu is more than 5 years old and is of bad quality- some gigabyte 550w. I have a tight budget so the better/expensive psu's are out of the question.
The psu from raidmax i am looking at is the vampire rx-700gh. I have looked on the internet for reviews for that line of psu's , and have only found one professional looking one : http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?289819-Raidmax-Vampire-RX-1000GH
The problem is i don't know that site nor do i know if the reviewer is reliable. What are your thoughts on this one?

Raidmax power supplies are still very poor.

How about that review? I can't find much info about the quality of said psu, neither good or bad, well aside from that one review 😉
If i could afford a better one at the moment i would for sure.

I have forgoten to mention all of the posibilities for my budget:
Cooler Master G650M 650W
Seasonic S12II bronze 620W
Raidmax Vampire RX-700GH
I am leaning towards the Raidmax or CM because of the their modular/semi modular cable systems. What would you suggest?

The raidmax isn't even on your list 🙁 . Well i kinda knew what you or anyone would suggest. Whenever there is mention of seasonic people seem to throw their money at the screen 😉 . The only thing that bothers me about the seasonic psu is that it isn't modular even a bit. Bending all these cables to my will might be a problem. Do you know how long the cpu atx cable is and is it 4+4 ?
