Rainbow effect on side panel

Hello, I just got my Fractal Design Define S with window and I just finished transferring parts from my old case to this. So I boot up and am at my background. I look over at my side panel and it has a rainbow effect, my first thought was that it was my monitor doing it. It is. I turned my monitor away from it and shined a flashlight at my side panel, no rainbow effect. Is my monitor what's causing this? Because I just want some extra help on knowing if it is because if not I have to contact fractal or something.
