Rainbow graphics glitches during gaming

Hi, I've been getting these weird rainbow shimmering effects whenever I move the camera during games. This happens with every game I play, and has been happening for about a week.
I'm running a desktop with a GTX980, 8gb ram, gigabyte B85M-HD3 motherboard, and a kingston 1tb HDD.
Any ideas on what is going on? Thanks guys.

I'm pretty sure that this is a part of the game but I'm not that sure

I don't see anything out of the ordinary. In the video you posted, where do you see the rainbow effect?

If you mean about the armour, it's the lightning effects and that's how it should be.

yeah that's wat I was thinking but he said also with every other game he plays
