Rainbow Six 3 PS2 CD not working on PC

So today I dug up some old cds from the attic and found this old beauty: Rainbow Six 3 for the PS2. It was a hell of a game and addicting to the core. My only regret was not finishing the game before my PS2 went up in flames(literally!). Anyways, I decided to get the PSCX2 emulator and finish the game once and for all. Installing the emulator and borrowing the BIOS from a friend who still, incredulously, has his PS2 in an air-tight box, I decided to run it.

To my dismay, after putting the CD in, there was nothing but a blank screen for about 7 minutes. After that the emulator booted back to default settings and showed the Browse and System Configuration screen. After a bit of digging around and all, I found that there were different plugins and different settings for the emulator. Playing around and following instruction found on the net didn't help and I had to uninstall and reinstall the emulator. The game still doesn't work. I haven't tried any other CD or a game downloaded from the internet yet, but it'll still be the same situation.

Interestingly; however, there was this section of the emulator that caught my attention. Don't know what to make of it, but still think it might be helpful:

Can anyone please help me. My system specs are:
Acer aspire 5745G
Intel i5 430M 2.27Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GT 330M
Modular Samsung 4GB laprop RAM (2*2) 833Mhz or something

The emulator is installed in Program Files(x86).

Thanks in Advance

P.S. As a side note cause of the Windows 10 Upgrade pop-up, does Windows 10 Upgrade touch your data which may or may not have dubious origin like Tor or some songs downloaded from the net or this emulator and stuff?

Solution
Well, every game does not work perfectly on PCSX2. Check this to see how Rainbow Six 3 works with the emu http://pcsx2.net/compatibility-list.html. Also, try making an ISO file of the game instead of booting straight from the CD. Use a program like MagicISO or ImgBurn.
