Everytime I play R6s with my cousin or with friends, I'm better than them and still, I get less RP

An example:
I'm TOP 1 and my cousin is TOP 2
He got 55 RP, and I got 52

Another example: He got 70 RP, and I think I got around 60 from this match

Yeah, and in this season, I have a 1.6 K/D and he has a 1.0
