Rainbow six siege

I’m new to all this pc stuff and I’m planning to get a laptop for school( and to game on it every now and then ) what I want to know is, can the Samsung Notebook 9 pro w/pen can run rainbow six siege? At a playable frame rate not to where it gets annoying after a while

The Samsung Notebook 9 pro uses the radeon 540 graphics card, and rainbow six siege recommends at least the GTX 670 / Radeon HD 7970 or 280x... when you compare the 540 to the GTX 670, or the HD 7970 I don't think you will get very good performance on that game on the Samsung Notebook 9 pro, it is simply not a gaming laptop.

You can get a budget gaming laptop like the HP Pavilion 15-cx0056wm w/ i5-8300H, 8gb & 1050 ti for $620, that would work pretty well.
