Question Rainy day computer find ! Help

Found a gutted tower in the rain with just the motherboard and PSU . Everything looks intact . My plan was to just drop the mobo and psu in a couple buckets of rice for a few days . My question ** With no power to the mobo or psu , there ahold be no damage from the rain correct ?

It was left out for less then 10 hours as I checked last night and there was no pc . Corrosion shouldn't come into effect that quickly . Or does into ?
