Raising the Price???

I plan on getting a OPTY 170 in about a month or so. But I read that OPTY CPU's are going up in prices. Is this true? I thought in about a month or so AMD were dropping the prices on there CPU??? :twisted:

Dam I might go ahead and buy a Opteron 170 soon or else. I think they run abot $420 or a little less. What do you think? Should I go with Opty 170 or x2 4400? I also posted a new topic about possible problems with Opteron and x2. Read and give me your opnion. :twisted:

Realisticly speaking, you are never going to push your chip (OC wise) hard enough to warrant the OPTY. Wait till the price goes down, then get the 4400.

wow good deal for OPTY 175. I can't find one for less than $520.
