That is one of the earliest figures - ES 18 "Adventuress."

It looks like the female thief from one of the Grenadier boxed sets. If I
get a chance I'll look it up later...

Yep, "Adventuress" or "Adventuress with Short Sword", dating from the very
early 80s. Later added to the Personalities line, and renumbered 01-018, still
called "Adventuress". Here's a picture on someone's website from a different

Not to be confused with the later 01-018 pack, Three Ladies and a Hero.

(You've gotta love the way RP numbered and renumberd their minis over the
years.)
