Ralink wireless usb adapter

Hello ,

I`m having an extremely hard time trying to setup my wireless usb wifi adapter, I am running Windows vista home basic and It`s a Ralink wifi adapter and in device manager it is under unknown and says ``802.11 n WLAN`` - I can`t for the life of me find the driver for it, at best I ended up finding .cab files from softpedia and failed installing them through device manager...

I made a mistake I'm sorry , It's Windows Vista Home Basic that I am trying to set it up on, but I will try this driver now anyways and update

I tried it on the Windows vista home basic and it installs and detects the wifi card in device manager as "802.11 n WLAN USB LAN Card" but when I go to the Utility that comes with it to connect it shows no wireless connections after refreshing the list many times, I disabled the utility and tried the windows vista Connect to a Network and it also finds no available networks.
