How do I find E-mail in Windows 7?

Umm. Your web browser, most likely.

If you mean Outlook, you'd get it with MS Office.

If you mean Windows Mail, it's gotten a name change, and is no longer offered integrated into 7. You'll have to download it from MS, in the bundle called "Windows Live" something or other.
