Ram 12gb but 4 GB use able

Hey guys
I got Rog formula v mobo
4x3 ram
Asus 660ti and 960 sli
Windows 10 os 64bits
But my computer is using only 4 GB ram
I tried run-> msconfig -> boot -> advanced option -> untick apply restart
But I got same problem
Please guys help me out

Which ROG Formula V ? There are more than one. Maximus? Crosshair?

GTX660ti and GTX960 can't work in SLI. Remove 660ti, it serves no purpose.

Are you sure your windows is 64bit? Check under ControlPanel/System.

Can you post screenshot from Resource Monitor - memory tab (with physical memory graph visible)?
