The minimum requirement is 6 GB of RAM. And if your PC is old enough to only have 2 GB of RAM, you may very likely be short of the minimum required for CPU (i5 2400s/FX-6120) and GPU (HD 7870 or GTX 660) as well.

No chance with only 2GB RAM

Watch Dogs 2 needs at least 6GB RAM, though 8GB is the recommended amount.
