If your motherboard supports it, yes..... if your asking if it will work, than the answer is maybe. The RAM manufacturer only guaranteed performance when you buy 4 sticks in the same package. The problem with buying the 'same sticks" is that you do not know that they are the 'same sticks" regardless of same model number.
For example, Corsair Dominator / Vengeance Pro DDR3-2400 used Hynix modules up thru version 4.51 and then another vendor after that. The new vendor had slower timings and were just "different" and that made things difficult. The faster the RAM speed and better the timings, the more difficult it is to make two sets play nice together. All that being said, you can oft get lucky and even with a little work, BIOS...
