Two of the RAM slots support DDR3 1333(OC)/1066/800 non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

The other two RAM slots support DDR2 800/667/533 non-ECC, un-buffered memory.

It clearly states that on your motherboard page.

So as robijn112 says, you can use DDR3 1600 but it will only run at the highest supported speed.
