RAM 4GB and 1.8 clock speed VS RAM 2GB with 2.4 clock speed, which is faster?

Hi,

I am planning to buy an everyday laptop. which is faster? RAM 4GB and 1.8 clock speed or RAM 2GB with 2.4 clock speed.

I'm going to need the actual model on the laptop (as from that I can see the CPU), but if it was only based on this- I'd say get the 4gb of RAM, but I still need to know what CPU it actually is.

both are i3

its lenovo 2 GB with 2.4 clock speed and HP 4GB with 1.8 clock speed. both are i3 and both have expandable memories.

Hmm... without the exact model I cant make a decision- But im going to say go with the HP for now.

Whats the price difference?
