RAM added not recognized

Hey there!
I have a gaming laptop MSI GE75 Raider 8SG-030ES with 16GB RAM by default. According to specs and the system information, I bought (I think) another 16GB RAM stick: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F6N8L3S/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Today I installed it and for some reason the system is not recognizing it. dxdiag shows 16GB also system information and basically everywhere.

Is it a Windows issue?

If you go into the BIOS and find the memory section do you see 16 or 32gb?

Ok if it’s not detected in the BIOS the first thing to try is reinstalling it. Take it out and put it back in just encase it’s not seated fully.

Yep I already checked that and didn't work
Any other ideas? Maybe removing the default one and just testing the new one?

Would be interesting to see if it works. At least would prove the laptop can recognise the new RAM.
