[SOLVED] RAM and CPU

Fairly new to PC building and i'm building a new PC using a X570 UD Mobo and the 3800X CPU. I noticed in the specs of the CPU that its a DDR4 3200. When purchasing the RAM would I be able to use DDR4 3600, or should i just purchase 3200? The mobo can run both from the specs, just wasn't sure if the CPU and RAM need to match.

3800X Is a CPU, not a PSU
X570 boards support far higher than 3600mhz RAM but 3600mhz is a sweet spot right now for performance per dollar so yes you will be fine with that combo.

I don't know why I put PSU.... but thank you for the help. Just wasn't sure if you had to match the mhz in RAM and CPU.
