[SOLVED] Ram and graphics card link

I just brought a Nvidia geforce gtx 1050 mini 2gb gddr5 for gaming i had an intel core 2 duo processor and i am about to upgrade it to quad core i had 6 gigs of ram... firstly the gpu performance was gud despite of the bottleneck but when i saw my system properties it was 6 gb rama and 5.4 gb was usable so i went to advance boot options and unchecked the maximum memory limitation but after that suddenly my gpu did a huge downfall it was not even running like it went all dead as if it is a gt 710 when i checked the ram limitation again i was only able to use 2 gigs ram please help me out my rig is dislocated totally please help me out

The usable RAM being lower than your actual RAM stick amount is perfectly normal. Do a bios reset on the motherboard to defaults and see if that helps.
