RAM and HDD compatibility

Hi there. I am using Dell 5737, and now I bought ASUS ROG G751 . Now I am wondering If I could use the old RAM and HDD to this new one..
P.S : The slots are available in ASUS

Should be able to use the memory as long as it the same DDR type, for the drive yes but your going to need to do a fresh install of the OS and a Dell disc will not work.
