Ram and motherboard compatibility (ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3)

So my motherboard (ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3) has, (as stated in manual), Dual-Channel DDR3 2000 (O.C.) / 1333 / 1066 support.
Will G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3 2x4GB 2133MHz work with this motherboard? If yes, then will it work as 2000/1333 MHz? Or should i just get a 1600/1300 MHz for a lower price because there will be no significant decrase of speed? (I'll probably oc my pc in the future.)

Really depends on the CPU, for 2133 or so you'll want a 8320, 50 or 70 or better to run them at full potential

Phenom II x4 955 3,2ghz BE atm. The thing is sometimes i am using a lot of memory (for example virtual machines) and my current ram amount and speed can not handle it well, so i'd like to upgrade. Would those ripjaws be a good choice?

If going to upgrade go with the faster DRAM and downclock, but the 955 is generally only good through 1333, some run 1600 or better w/ OC and extra voltage to DRAM/MC/etc.......The 965 was the first that could reliably run 1600

Hmm okay. So this ram will work at my current setup, but at 1333mhz (or 1600 w/ oc)? It's okay then, and when i'll upgrade my pc parts it will work even better (at 2133mhz), so this is good investment, right?
