I currently have an Aorus Ultra Gaming x470 mobo paired up with HyperX Fury 8GB at 2400Mhz. I've been looking into getting HyperX Predator 2x8GB at 3200Mhz.
It is compatible with my CPU but the mobo is my worry because I'm seeing people having problems staying at 3200Mhz stable.
Are the Mobo and Predator Ram compatible at 3200Mhz ?

You are mistaken:

4 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64 GB of system memory
Dual channel memory architecture
Support for DDR4 3200(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2933 / 2667 / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules
Support for ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules

Most good x470//b450 motherboards support 3200MHz and much over that RAM with 2nd gen Ryzen. Kingston modules are particularly well suited for Ryzen boards. Make sure you have latest BIOS installed.
