My Specs for my Computer are:
Windows 10
All of my computer info is from CPU-Z,1TB Internal Hard Drive,3TB external Segate Fast,MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GD5T OC,I7-6700 3.4GHz,4GB X 2 XPG Adata,MotherBoard:H110M-S2H
My mother board is DDR4 compatible so if upgrade my ram and throw away my 8GB will it work, I found two companies one being a 16X2 and the other being 8X2 do the companies matter for what ram I chose and My two ram slots have the 288 pins? Another question in it self is If I am lagging in open world games such as watch dogs 2 and GTA V (Heavily ram based games) do you think My lag problems will stop if i upgrade my ram to 32gb or 16gb. GTA V uses 7gb of ram and windows 10 using 1.7 approximately and I read on other forums if your Ram is over used it causes something called a memory leak. Could this quote on quote memory leak be the cause of my computer lagging on open world games? If it helps I run all of my graphics on Ultra,But I do not go over my Video ram limit in fact i limit the limit to try and help my problem and nothing works for me.

Your mobo has two DIMM slots which support DDR4 at 2133 up to 32GB total (2 X 16GB). No need for 32GB, 16GB total is the sweet spot for gaming. Don't worry about the rest (memory leaks, etc), as long as you purchase from the memory support list then you are guaranteed that it will work by Gigabyte.

Actually, as long as you buy DDR4 2133MHz RAM then it is highly likely that it will work.

Your poor gaming performance could easily be tied to the amount of RAM that you have, 8GB is now considered a minimum for gaming. This memory will work

Alrighty I guess I will upgrade to 16gb or 32gb thank you for the reply my friend :)

Can I get ram from any company as long as the ram is a DDR4? and only has two sticks due to two slots? Or do i have to stick with the list that my manufacturer has given me.

I have never had a problem with RAM working as long as I stayed with the required data rate (DDR4) at one of the speeds (2133MHz) that is listed for the motherboard. Rarely is there a compatibility issue regardless of the manufacturer.

And you can only use two sticks.
