RAM and radiator

Solution
Ram get very hot when the computer is running. The radiators dissipate heat. Some vendors put them onto their ram to appeal to the over clockers. When you over clock ram, it gets even hotter. Radiators should help cool the ram so higher over clock could be achieved.

How do RAM radiator get the electricity power? I mean where this connector going on? From RAM itself or from Motherboard?
They do not require power, they're just pretty simple metal parts that are in direct physical contact with RAM components. This metal part transfers heat easily within itself and has a lot different pits, cuts, holes that increase it's total surface area to get more contact with air and dissipate heat faster.
