[SOLVED] RAM at 2133Mhz not 3000Mhz XMP Profile?

So i built my PC and installed my RAM and all went well and it booted up and its saying my ram is listed at 2133Mhz but it is 3000Mhz would XMP help fix this? or something

also Could enabling XMP Damage anything such as CPU or RAM in long term?
