ram at 90% usage with just photoshop running

hey all i got 16gb of ram and a i7 4771 processor and when i open photoshop my ram goes up to 90% and i dunno why it never used to do this i think can anyone help please?

It is likely a virus or some malware. Try a full pc scan with a good antivirus & with a good anti malware
