RAM at 99%??

so i've been using my pc for around half a year, and it has 16gb of ddr3 memory. the problem is, i would play counterstrike: global offensive, and everything would be fine, but after a couple hours, the ram would shoot up to 99%, making everything really laggy and rendering the game unplayable.

I would usually have a skype chat open with 5-6 people, two or three steam tabs, and two or three chrome tabs with adblock, if that helps.

Can you guys help me determine and fix this issue?

Run a virus scan

Check ram allocation in task manager

you got virus ...
and do not use google chrome while multitasking....
use chrome if you want to go surf the web and playing music only.
