Ram card help!

Will a DDR2 PC2-5300P 240-pin ram card work with my computer if the ram cards what i have at the moment are DDR2 PC2-5300 240-pin?

I do not know if the 'P' will make a differance or not.

You just listed the same ram twice so yes they will work as long as it is ddr2

Most likely not, the P means its parity RAM aka (ECC RAM), which I belive has a physically different connector then your normal PC2-5300. It would also require your motherboard to support ECC (server motherboards)
