RAM? CAS?! Too many numbers! ): (help)

So basically purchased: Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3000MHz (2 x 8GB) (Total 16GB)

I always just thought the MHz value was the one that mattered, however into my research I discovered this latency thing? CAS or the response time of the ram effectively?

So the RAM i purchased has CAS 15-17-17-35, as its values. Could someone help me interpret this and/or let me know if this is a reasonable latency value for a gaming set up.

In short, it has to do with the speed of your RAM, and in this case, your RAM sticks should hold up just fine when gaming.
