I tried to install a couple sticks of new ram, 16gbx2 into my extra slots. The PC will now only boot into the BIOS, even after taking them back out and returning to stock.
Internals are;
GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 3070 GAMING OC 8GB GDDR6
OEM AMD RYZEN 5 5600X 3.7GHZ
2TB WD BLUE SSD 2.5" SATAIII 6.0 GB/s
2TB SEAGATE HDD 3.5" SATAIII 7200RPM
16GB DDR4-3200 MEMORY (T-Force)
MSI MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI ATX W/ RGB WIF
APEVIA 800WATT GOLD 80 PLUS POWER SUPPLY

I tried to install a couple of 16gb Rip Jaw with them, it didnt seem to work, as boot brought up "system settings changed" message and took me to bios, all ram appeared to be visible in bios, but still no boot, so I returned to my using only the Original Ram.
This pc was a build from a company, who has already had to repair ti twice since my purchase in February, that being said I literally just got it back from the second repair today. Dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare, so I am hoping to find some answers, and help here. Thank you!

Try resetting the Bios by removing the battery or shorting the RTC pins.
Thanks, I tried that, still boots to bios. Almost done with my Windows boot USB and im going to try a reinstall of windows with 2 of my 3 hard drives unplugged. Its possible they may have installed windows on both my SSD drives, which is causing problems, I guess...
