Hello guys , 16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1066MHz (15-15-15-36)

So I downloaded speccy so I could see if my specs were all in check . They all were apart from the ram which said "16.0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1066MHz (15-15-15-36)" even though I have Corsair RAM 3000Mhz? I built this pc yesterday so maybe I did something wrong . Here are my specs

Mobo : MSI B450M PRO-VDH Plus
GPU : MSI GTX 970 TwinFrozr
CPU : Ryzen 3 1200

Ok Thank you . Also sorry if this is out of topic but I had a look on UserBenchamrks and it said my CPU , GPU and RAM are performing way below expected . This worries me as I only build this pc yesterday . Is there anything I can do?

So what I'm seeing is a circle at the top of bios main page people are working with
a-xmp
And the some setting down what looks to be memory area of the bios.
I may not be able to help you.
But the main reason for performance is your ram is too slow.

The pic came from a youtube vid titled
Msi b450i gaming plus ac bios overview
Ive done it . I clocked it to 3000Mhz which is what I bought it at . But Ive also seen on the MSI site that my motherboard may need a BIOS update to support higher ram frequencies . The current version of the BIOS is E7A38AMS.900 . Does that mean I need to update?
