Ram combatability with Intel and amd

Will a ddr2 pc2 6400 240 pin Ram fit
Intel and Amd Processer

The RAM does not connect into the processor.
RAM connects into the Motherbaord.

If the motherboard supports 240pin RAM, then it will fit.

The motherboard has to be DDR2 compatible. You should check the motherboard manual.

Note that difference speeds and types of RAM do not mix well..
