[SOLVED] RAM compability?

Hi, can i ask if EVO X II AMD Edition 3600mhz 32gb can be use ( compatible ) on ASROCK X299 taichi 2066 socket with Intel core 15 7640x Kaby Lake X? can no matter how i plug it in..its always give me infinite bootloop? i currenly using 16gb 3200 mhz patriot viper RGB series..

are u using correct ram slots?
from your mainboard manuals:
Note2: Please plug C1/D1 slot (2DIMMs) or C1/C2/D1/D2 slot (4DIMMs) when using Kaby Lake-X CPU

if so and it just bootloops, then its not compatible

yes..i try to plug both the memory and it didn't work..then 2nd time i plug just one..and try on every each slot..it didnt work as well..i dont know if its just me or the RAM faulty or its not compatible..cause the store wont let me return the memory again cause they said it's work..and its should work to..and im confuse..
regarding to the asrock memory compatible table..
im currently using a patriot viper RGB that are no match with the table..but still worked ( 16gb 3200mhz )
