Hello, I have a custom built PC with 8gb RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport.

I bought a second RAM from ebay but instead of sending the exact same RAM (Sport version), he sent a Sport LT version.

Both are 8gb and frequency 2400Mhz.
Will these two RAM be compatible? what about dual channel and all ?

can check the different RAMs here.

Solution
like a 50/50 chance. the LT just seems to have a better heatspreader, but irregardless of that, RAM is extremely finicky and can decide to not work even if you got the same model.

Probably not, mixing and matching memory is usually a no go

if you're adamant you want to try, only use sticks that are of the same capacity and frequency, frequency will be noted on the module as xxxxmhz with x being numbers. Capacity is the size xgb again with x being a number.

If the pair of sticks you have both run at the same frequency, they might work, but if you have any newfound issues, the memory will be why.
