Ram compatibility for asus

Hi all,
I am currently using an asus strix b250i motherboard and i was wondering if im able to use corsair ddr4 3200mhz(rgb)?
The manual say that it will only take ddr4 2400mhz and any higher memory modules will run at a maximum transfer rate off 2400mhz.
Will a higher memory module still work??
Hope someone will be able to answer to my question and sorry for my bad english.

No it won't run @3200 the B250 chipset runs 2133\2400.

They should still work but won't go above 2400.
