Ram compatibility fortis

Hey guys I just recently purchased the gskill fortis ddr f4-2133c15d-16gft ram for my new build. I cannot get the screen to turn on and the dram light on my motherboard is staying on.

Firstly is this ram AMD only? I got it on sale, I have an intel i7 7700k and an Asus rog z270 mobo

Any help would be great thanks
