Hello everyone,
I have gigabyte h61m-ds2 Rev 4.0 motherboard and Intel core i3-3220 CPU.

Can anyone kindly suggest me supported 8 GB ram with this motherboard. Brand?

Thanks.

All DDR3 with 1333MHz stock and upto 2200MHz OC are supported. If you have Ivy Bridge CPU, then you can go for 1600Mhz or higher XMP modules as MoBo supports it. Otherwise 1600Mhz will stock to FSB 1333Mhz.

Good brands: G.Skill (RipJaws X, Ares, Trident)/ Corsair (Veng Pro, LP)/ Mushkin (Redline, etc)/ Patriot/ Kingston.

Yeah but i checked my compatibility list of my mobo, it said it will be downgraded to 1333MHz if i get above it.

If you have 'Ivy Bridge' CPU (3xxx series), then XMP (a service by Intel) is enabled. Which will allows sticks higher than FSB 1333Mhz to run at stated speeds (say 1600MHz or 1866Mhz) when XMP is enabled. Don't rely on RAM compatibility list from website, its not complete and lacks many brands/ models.

Oh, didn't knew that, so do you think this ram will work on my motherboard if get 2 of them?
