RAM Compatibility help

I need to know if this ram i selected will work with the MB i have

I know the MB is only rated for 800/1066 and 1333(O.C) however i dont want to overclock it and finding 1066 is a pain in the a$$ so i would like to know if this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231416&cm_re=ddr3_8gb-_-20-231-416-_-Product would work

for future reference, you can always check teh website of your brand and there should be a list of supported rams there. also, it is rare to see incompatible memory modules unless you are talking about ddr2 on a ddr3 or something

Actually in DDR3 there all kinds of things that affect compatibility - the old adage of DDR3 is DDR3 disapeared a few years back, there is PnP DDR3 that won't work on older cipsets and sockets like 775, 1156..... same with the memory chips used there are low denity 1Gb and 2Gb memory ICs for older sockets and new lines of DRAM are made with high density 4Gb ICs...... there are 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16GB sticks, some mobos can't handle 8 or 16GB sticks.......
