Ram Compatibility issue with old PC

I have an old acer x3910 which i fiddle with for the heck of it and I recently tried install additional ram to it which resulted with the bios not even booting. Here are the specs of the New ram I tried installing:

Look at your ram. The second only has 2 memory modules so its configuration is different from the first. Not made for your board. You need to order ram that resembles your existing ram.

Mixing ram can always cause issues. Best way to upgrade is to buy a matching kit of 2.
