RAM Compatibility issues

Hello people,

I've just bought a new RAM that is refusing to work on my PC
So i've built a PC with 8GB ram and then decided to add another 8GB Ram ( same model and everything) the pc boots up but gives a blue screen when trying to open several applications..
So i've tried running the memory diagnostic tool, doesn't give an error with the old RAM but gives an error when i put the new one in, also tried the new one separately in all slots, still gives the error
So i've went back to the store and they tried the RAM on their system and it works perfectly and passes the memory diagnostic test without any problems.. so what am i missing here..

Processor is: AMD Ryzen 5 1600 ( dunno if that helps)

You started with 8GB.
You added 8GB extra memory, but your link shows a single 2x8GB kit.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.

I put the link here just to point out the ram model i didn't buy the kit i bought each of them separately and also you missed the point because i said i tried it individually and it didn't work as well:/
