I recently needed to get a new MoBo and in do so i figured i might as well just upgrade everything. I got the ASUS Prime X470-Pro, AMD Ryzen 2700X, G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000, and XFX Radeon RX 590 Fatboy. In my rush and excitement i didn't notice that the RAM i got states that is made for Intel. (link to all my new parts at end of post). So my question is once i put together this computer will I encounter any issues because i got an AMD MoBo and processor, or do i need to do anything special to get full use out of the RAM i purchased? I saw some stuff that said i may need to mess with some settings to get full use out of the RAM. I am getting the GPU tonight in the mail and will be putting it all together when i get home and i am hoping to run into any surprises. PCPARTPICKER.COM did say it was compatible but i am worried that it may cause issues. Thanks for any help you can give.

Yes it should be fine.

The RAM isn't on the QVL, but that simply means that it hasn't necessarily been tested. You'll probably even find in the comments on the reviews that many have used this RAM on AMD boards.

There isn't really "Intel only RAM" and "AMD only RAM" - as long as you stick to motherboard spec (DDR4, timings/voltages etc.) and don't mix modules you're usually fine.
