[SOLVED] Ram compatibility question

Hi guys i have Gigabyte GA-MA-770T-UD3 motherboard.
I want to upgrade my pc with more ram,but don't know how much memory supports.
So how many max memory may support and also how many in each slot.

I forgot to ask what memory to choose 1333 MHZ or 1600 MHZ?

I'd stick with DDR3-1333. IMO, no reason to go above that.
