According to MoBo specs,
link: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B650 LiveMixer/Specification.asp#Specification
Your MoBo supports up to 6400 Mhz.
And from RAM specs,
You can read the following:
For memory kits with XMP/EXPO, enable XMP/EXPO/DOCP/A-XMP profile in BIOS to reach the rated potential XMP/EXPO overclock speed of the memory kit, subject to the use of compatible hardware. Please refer to the "How to Enable XMP/EXPO
Btw, CPU manufacturers doesn't list OC RAM speeds under their CPU specs, since none of the CPU makers acknowledge that you can OC the hardware. Thus, they list the JEDEC standard RAM speeds under CPU specs.
For example, i'm running i5-6600K,
And while it says there that supported RAM speed is 2133 Mhz (DDR4), i'm running 3000 Mhz RAM instead, with 0 issues.
Overall, i don't see an issue with your RAM.
If you want a guarantee, pick a RAM from MoBo memory QVL list,

Since those RAM sticks have been tested by AsRock, in house, and are guaranteed to work at those speeds, as seen on memory QVL.
This is actually how i picked my RAM as well. Since i have MSI MoBo, i looked memory QVL list and bought the RAM, which runs at 3000 Mhz, while all 4 RAM slots are populated. And sure enough, i have 4x RAM sticks and they all run at 3000 Mhz problem free.
