Ram compatibility with mobo urgent

I m on the last part of my build. But today when i looked at the Ram's picture, it seems too big for my mobo

motherboard: asrock b75m Dgs 2.0
Ram: 2x Gskill NT 4gb single 1600mhz ddr3

Also, my PSU is antec neo eco 520c. Any incompatibility?
Case is fine its big
