Question ram compatibility

hey guys i need ur help.does the asrock b450m pro4 or the msi b450 pro VDH support cosair lpx vengeance 2*8gb(16gb) ram @3000mhz.

also which motherboard should i go with the msi one or the asrock one?

Both should support that RAM. Either board is fine. I've used the ITX version of the ASRock Pro4 and it is a nice board.
